These men were great--they let me know when they were on the way to load my 16ft POD--They handled my stuff with care and consideration--as if it were their stuff they were wrapping and loading into the POD. They were responsive to my request to add more than i thought was going to be loaded. The owner of Bills Moving kept in contact with me to monitor how the loading was going--GREAT COMPANY
